We CANNOT commit or dedicate any fixed-time for deliveries as told or stated in Special instructions or so. Deliveries of flowers and/or gifts will be made as time scheduled between 9 AM to 7 PM on given timeframe.

Orders accepted till 2 PM IST will only be shipped on the same day, if not, date of delivery is affirmed.

In any situation, the delivery will NOT be remade or redirected to any new or other address.

The products will be shipped only in the cities or places listed in our portfolio or the places where we offer services to.

bhaidooj.com will attempt the delivery of the product ONCE. In case, if the delivery gets incomplete during the effort, the user or the customer shall be levied for the order. In that case also, no redelivery will be made. We will take for granted the order has been made in the following cases:

• Premises locked


• Delivery failed due to wrong address


• Unavailability of the recipient


• Due to Wrong Cell/ No Reply or Connecting/ Phone or Extension Number/ Not Working Number/ Unreachable, the delivery is not made.


• Delivered the item at the Neighbor/ Reception/Gate


• Recipient rejected the items or products

Kindly note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable gifts or products are sourced from local or nearby locations of delivery. These items will be hand-delivered to the recipient.

We don’t deliver on National Holidays

The image or representation given on the site is symbolic or suggestive in nature. Actual or real item or gift may vary in shape, design or color depending upon availability or accessibility. We, at bhaidooj.com, reserve the right to replace, change or substitute the flower or the floral arrangement including colors too or other items with higher or similar value if the desired product or item isn’t available.

We reserve the right to postpone or re-schedule the delivery date in case of Flood/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh.

No change in order(s) can be entertained if approved by our Customer Care Team before 2 working hours.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed if not informed or requested 1 day prior to the delivery date.

In case, the product isn’t shipped or delivered due to any of the reasons mentioned above, the update will be available at our site and same can be obtained from the delivering outlet same day right in the same city, information of which are obtainable with our customer care numbers.

Any complain regarding cake, chocolate, fresh flower or any perishable item will not be entertained after 48 hours from the time of delivery.

In case of delivery dispute, proof of delivery will be given.

For non-perishable items or products the respective brand will be responsible for the quality.

Delivery of certain brand name products may not be possible or may be delayed under a few uncontrollable conditions like unavailability of product in the market, obstructed production or so. In such a case, identical items, next to the description will be shipped. Agreement of the purchaser will be taken for the same through email. However, if the consumer doesn’t respond or reply within 24 hours, it shall be assumed he/she has agreed to the shipment of the alternate item.

Request to cancellation, postponement of the confirmed item can be made prior to 1 day of the delivery date. Customers can request for cancellation through our customer care email id.

At the time of order placement, customers are requested to provide only correct and authentic details for delivery at Hotel/Hospital.

Courier and Express items cannot be sent altogether at the same time.

In case the recipient or any individual isn’t available at the delivery address to collect the product, the order will not be said late. In such cases, no refund, cancelation or liability will be made.

If the receiver hasn’t checked in the hotel by the date of delivery, the item will be dispatched at the reception and will be said to be delivered. If the receiver has checked out of the hotel or the inn by the date of delivery, it will be said that order has been made and in such a condition, no refund will be made.

Under no conditions or circumstances whosoever shall bhaidooj.com be responsible for any lost profits, loss of data or any damages whatsoever including, any indirect, without limiting, incidental, special, consequential or other damage that comes out from the use of or inability to use products or services listed/offered on the site. Even though the foregoing, in no event shall we be liable to the customer for any or all losses, damages, and causes of action (involving but not restricted to, negligence) or otherwise going beyond the amount paid by the customer for that particular product/service.

The delivery of the item(s) will be attempted once and in case failed in first attempt due to wrong address/ premises locked or receiver not available, the customer shall be charged for the order.

Flowers may reach at the destination in bud/ semi bloom, fully bloom condition as per availability. We reserve the right to change the flowers (with color), Basket, Vase and other items with similar or higher value counting on regional or temporary accessibility issue.

All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days

Above said items will be delivered through FedEx/first Flight/ Bluedart or Speed Post courier.

There will be no deliveries/shipping on National Holidays and Sundays
