All the products (mostly flowers) accessible on the site are indicative. In order to ensure longer life as well as freshness, certain floral arrangements may be shipped in bud.
All products listed on the site are subject to availability. In case of supply difficulty, we reserve the right to change, replace or substitute the product with similar and equal value substitute without notice.
In case if bhaidooj.com is unable to deliver all parts of your order (the item or any replacement of the order), we shall inform you as early as possible and compensate your payment in full within 30 days after the specified delivery date.

Pricing tags of products displayed on bhaidooj.com are applicable for a maximum of 14 days from the order placement, but are subject to change during peak season and to hold the seasonal availability of some floral arrangements.
Pricing tags comprise VAT at the current rate declared in custom and excise.
We reserve the right to change or alter the pricing tags of products without any prior notice.
During order processing, you are required to provide us with correct details and correct postcode and the details of the receiver.

Except where declared of free delivery, certain cities or places will be liable of delivery charges at a lower or higher charge.
Selected products are not available for delivery to certain places, where practical; we will suggest you of such limitations before placing an order.
Your projected delivery date will be confirmed in your email order confirmation. The orders received on Public Holidays or Sundays will be processed the next working day.
We don’t provide delivery service on Public Holidays/Sundays; delivery will be made the next day.
To avoid delivery delay and inconvenience, make sure you have given correct address in fact full mailing address along with the postcode, contact number of your recipient along with yours or email id so that a message could be sent in case of delay.
Please note that bhaidooj.com is responsible only for delivery to the address you quote or provide (or to a neighbor if no one is present at home). We don’t take responsibility if the recipient has moved or lives somewhere else & actual receiver refuses to return the product.
If our delivery professional is unable to find somebody to receive the product at the time of delivery, they will deliver at a secure place (to a neighbor) or leave a card to contact them.
In case or cancellation or change in order, inform us within 24 hours from order placement.
For cancelation or change in order, kindly contact our customer care team from Monday to Friday.
Orders may not be changed or cancelled on or after the proposed delivery date.
